I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, featuring a nice balcony which was a great spot to relax. However, the mornings could get a bit crowded due to the limited space. The service was excellent, from the welcoming front desk staff to the attentive room service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lift and charming views of the Austrian Alps. The dining experience was good, although I missed out on some meals due to leaving early. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything I needed for a cozy stay.
